Uki grabs Tori in a cross wrist grab.  Tori counter grabs and kicks Uki's chin.  Tori then rotates Uki's wrist ccw while stepping in front of Uki and driving his arm under Uki's elbow.  Tori takes Uki to the ground by driving Uki's wrist downward.  Tori finishes the technique by kneeling across from Uki in seiza and by placing Uki's wrist on the ground next to Uki's hairline.  Tori's right hand has Uki's wrist and his left is on Uki's elbow.  Pain is induced by twisting Uki's wrist cw and applying pressure down on Uki's elbow.
